How We Collect and Use Information

How and What Information We Collect

We collect only the personal data that you voluntarily provide to us via email, web-based forms, and other direct communications.

When you use the Mozello website or services, our servers automatically record the information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as the time of day, browser type, referring website URL, and your IP address.

When you register for Mozello’s services, we may ask for information such as your name, company name, and email address. When you place an order with us online, we may also ask for additional information, such as your billing address.

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, you must provide your email address and confirm your subscription by clicking the link in the subscription confirmation email.

When you place an order with us online, you may be redirected to an SSL-secured website operated by our trusted billing provider (Bright Market, LLC d/b/a FastSpring and its affiliates, or AS Swedbank), where you will be required to provide your personal information (including credit card information) to our billing provider. Mozello has access to your full name, company name, address, and contact information, but not to your credit card or bank account details.

We do not collect or store credit or debit card information.
